We’ve had one of these amazing dogs for close to 6 years. He is the absolute best boy. Always happy and always ready for an adventure! Very well adjusted and socialized from the beginning. I cannot recommend these lovely dogs enough to anyone!

Our sweet Honey girl was the addition to our family that we needed. She’s healthy, an amazing family pup , no allergies and just truly amazing in every way. Rebecca has been so amazing and we stay in contact still as Honey girl grows. Rebecca truly cares about every single one of her puppies and my family 100% recommends reaching out to her if you are also looking for a forever addition to your family. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Rebecca took the time to truly get to know our family and our lifestyle, preferences, and what we were hoping for in a dog. Her ability to assess each puppy’s temperament and make thoughtful, intentional matches is incredible, and it shows in the dogs we’ve brought home.
We now have two of her Goldens, with a third on the way, and each one has been exactly what we hoped for: loving, well-adjusted, and a perfect fit for our family. It’s clear how deeply she cares about her dogs. They are raised with intention, attention, and genuine love.
Beyond being an exceptional breeder, she is also incredibly personable and supportive. She stays connected, celebrates milestones with us, and has truly become a friend through this process.

Our boy Max is four years old. He is our sixth golden, as we’ve had others over many years. He is by far the smartest and sweetest of them all. He is beautiful deep red, small in stature but strong and athletic with show-quality confirmation. Most importantly he is the most affectionate companion. We love him to the moon and are so grateful to be chosen as his owners/family

I’m on my second River heights boy. They have both been nothing but amazing! The best temperament, absolutely gorgeous dogs! My oldest is 2 and he’s been healthy as can be! My experience with Rebecca and her program has been an exceptional. I’ll be back! (Again)

We chose River Heights because of how they treat their guys and ladies… their Mama and Daddy dogs have homes, with families, instead of being kenneled like some breeders. As a dog lover this mattered to me not only for the quality of their lives, but how I anticipated a calm, well socialized Mama would mother a puppy. And I was right.
I am astounded daily with the confident, curious nature of all three of our River Heights pups (one from 2021, and littermates from 2022). Loud sounds spark curiosity, not fear. Zero food aggression, they share a bowl, including allowing our cat to steal bites. Each with unique personalities, we have a social butterfly, an observant, sensitive service-oriented dog, and one who loves to solve problems (we play lots of hiding games with him). All of them shift flawlessly from an active game of ball, to car rides, to happily hogging the bed for an afternoon snoozer. (Just had one of those this afternoon; it was a VERY full bed.)
Rebecca accurately predicted all three puppies’ base disposition before we brought them home. Having now three of them, I can confidently attest a River Heights Golden will be a beautiful, solid dog who is loved and nurtured from the moment they are born. That foundation creates a confident, intelligent family member who will enjoy whatever adventures you’re planning: hikes, dinner on a restaurant’s patio, camping, the beach, a park or playground (mine especially enjoy playgrounds with kiddos), a country drive, or holding down the couch while you read a book, close enough to help with your popcorn.
We will absolutely go back to River Heights for our next puppy.

As someone who grew up with a golden in my family, I always wanted one for my kids. My best friend recommended us for the guardianship program and while we were nervous we jumped in with Maddy. Maddy is perfect and the funniest, best addition to our family. We loved Maddy so much we ended up a few years later with Pearl.
Rebecca has made the guardianship program so easy for us! She is so attentive to the dogs(the boys and the girls) I know they only ever see the most love there, I’ve never worried once. She takes such good care of the mamas and the puppies, and all the puppies only ever go to a good home.
I know any dog we get from her will have the BEST temperament and be the most loving dog we’ve ever had. We will definitely be doing guardianship again one day.
I love that through all of this Rebecca has become one of our great friends. And I love that they have always just accepted us, got to know our little family and helped answer any questions we have.
We have ran into a few of Pearls puppies out and about, and it’s so crazy to see how well they are doing!
All that to say, we love Rebecca, River Heights, and the guardianship program. Thankful to have such a wonderful person who took care of our girls for so long! 🖤

We’ve had an amazing experience working with Rebecca. We’ve gotten two dogs from her, one from Henry/Maggie in 2022 and another from Henry/Ellie in 2024, and both have been absolutely perfect.
From start to finish, Rebecca was easy to work with, communicative, and clearly cares deeply about her dogs and the families they go to. You can tell a lot of thought and effort goes into her breeding program.
We couldn’t recommend her dogs enough. If you’re considering one, you’ll be in great hands.
